Emily Rosannah Davis is a theatre and live events producer, creating exceptional art for audiences worldwide.
Hello! Thanks for visiting my website. I’m Emily. I’m originally from South Somerset and now base myself between the South West and London. I produce new performance which has taken place anywhere from village halls to The Old Bailey, from smartphone walking tours to new family musicals.
I am producer for the Olivier award-winning Little Bulb Theatre, company producer for Poltergeist Theatre, and was previously producer for interactive arts charity Coney and the multi-form arts centre Farnham Maltings.
I believe that live performance has a unique ability to move hearts and transform lives. I love devised theatre, family theatre, new and wacky ideas, creating work in collaboration with non-arts organisations and running around with a bumbag and a radio.
My productions have toured to six continents and won awards including the Writer’s Guild Award for Best New Play. I have led projects with LIFT Festival, Greenpeace, The National Archives, University College London, Goethe-Institut and the City of London Corporation.
I am unafraid of new forms, making theatre outside of theatre spaces, and wearing a high vis. I am afraid of primary school students, the most exacting critics of all.
